Investigates and maintains property claims. Determines liability, secures information, reviews coverages, arranges appraisals, and settles claims. May work in the field or central location.
The Claim Complex Adjuster position supports the Claim Division goal of ensuring customer service industry leadership and partners with agency to deliver seamless claim service. An experienced adjuster who has achieved mastery in and performs all areas of claim adjustment activities with the highest degree of competency and independence. Processes highly complex claims of significant monetary exposure. May specialize in liability, property or catastrophe claims.Compensation Minimum:$68,200 AnnualCompensation Maximum:$114,700 Annual

The Large Loss Property Field Adjuster role handles Homeowners, Renters, Condominium, and Rental Dwelling claims; typically with an on-site inspection utilizing digital tools in conjunction with vendors. The adjuster works with the customer as an advisor to bring the claim to conclusion. Typical claims in this environment would be more severe in damage to multiple rooms, roofs, elevations, other structures, and personal property settlement. ALE coverage is typically required.
The ideal candidate would have proficiency in Xactimate, willingness to use new technology, previous property field claims experience, and superb customer service skills. This is a 100% remote role that may require travel up to 10%. In this role, you will cover large Homeowner’s losses in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will reside within 100 miles of Atlanta. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location and will be considered based upon the needs of the role.
