Job Summary
The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Clinical Program Coordinator is a registered nurse (RN) who provides consultation services in order to improve clinical education and support. This position works as a clinical consultant, a cultural key informer related to members, patients and clinicians, and an operations consultant. This includes providing consultative and educational services to community health agencies and professional organizations. Additionally, this position assists in establishing and implementing programs to identify and remove institutional barriers that affect staff, member and patient inclusion and equity.
