Our Clinch team owns our Recruitment Marketing platform. Their mission is to help large and emerging businesses to hire smarter and faster by attracting, identifying, nurturing, and hiring the best candidates through our platform. Whilst we have been operating for over 20 years globally, this team is the newest edition to the PageUp family; founded in 2014, they very much have a collaborative lean start-up approach to development. They deliver the product roadmap and core development for our recruitment marketing platform. You’ll get the best of working for an established company (support/structure/benefits) and a smaller team (agility/fast pace/making a meaningful impact on a core platform) all in one!
THE ROLE
Clinch’s marketing team is looking for a demand generation specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and programs to drive leads and pipeline for sales. You will scale and optimize programs across SEO, paid search, email, webinars, social, and more. You’ll be responsible for helping bring campaigns to life and making sure we’re getting the most out of every program. You’ll partner closely with marketing ops, marketing regional managers, content, product marketing, and sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute and optimize demand gen programs to drive pipeline and revenue across various channels including paid search, SEO, email, direct mail and more.
Support the campaign process from planning to execution to measuring and reporting on performance.
Build and run A/B tests and use the insights to make performance improvements across messaging, creative, channels, etc.
Partner with Sales, Content, Lifecycle, Marketing Operations and Product Marketing to assist in the development, messaging and launch of strategic outbound campaigns.
Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, personas, and competitors to craft compelling messaging and copy.
Manage and optimize our marketing activities calendar.
Manage the Paid and Organic social media strategy, execution and reporting, including:
Building a social media strategy aligned to current go-to-market strategies
Managing the distribution of social content including consistent social media posts, press releases and thought leadership articles.
Manage the Paid advertising strategy, execution and reporting
Own the development, creation, reporting and optimization of email marketing content including nurture sequences and newsletters
Compile metrics related to the campaigns you manage and produce reports on how to optimize and improve campaign performance
ABOUT YOU

You love seeing and measuring the impact of your work, and you’re comfortable writing engaging copy across multiple platforms.
