The Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Pratt Institute in the search for a Major Gifts Officer.
Reporting to the
Associate Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Major Gifts Officer will manage a portfolio of 120 to 150 major gift prospects
and work collaboratively within Institutional Advancement and across Pratt faculty, staff, and the Board of Trustees to secure gifts that
advance the strategic goals of the Institute. The Major Gifts Officer will monitor prospect contacts to ensure positive and purposeful
prospect and donor relations while recommending and assisting with the building and maintaining of relationships across campus. The
Institute works under a hybrid model. The Major Gifts Officer is expected to be on campus once a week as well as for special events and
additional meetings as necessary. The Major Gifts Officer also will be required to travel as part of their core work. Preference will be
given to candidates living in the tri-state area, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Pratt Institute will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent
combination of education and experience and at least five years of major gift fundraising experience within higher education is preferred.

The salary for this position is $100,000
annually.
