Description
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Manager is to research, develop and implement the annual marketing and communications plan to support the business objectives for the hotel and F&B outlets. The ultimate goal is to generate market presence, develop awareness, strengthen loyalty, increase market share and most importantly, produce increased revenues and profitability. This person will promote awareness and maintain a consistent brand image of the property and outlets.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager will set and guide the strategy for all communications, websites, public relations, social media, marketing messaging and collateral for the hotel and F&B outlets. This individual serves as the communications partner on a variety of strategic initiatives, including that for Rooms, Events and Restaurants.
