If these questions resonate with you, then we invite you to consider joining our team, an equity-focused open-access college dedicated to helping all students achieve their academic and professional goals. As an Assistant Director of Financial Aid you will be responsible for being a key member of the team that provides funding in order to increase access and retention of student. In this role, you will lead the financial aid team, manage the daily operations, assist the director with reports and reconciliation, and work with the team to increase equity in funding for students.
This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by AFT-SPS
Salary: Range for this position is $78,506.00 – $88,470.00 depending on experience.

Physical Requirements:
The Position typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office, encounters frequent interruptions throughout the workday, is regularly required to provide 1:1 support, present to small groups, and works at a computer exercising repetitive hand motion with or without reasonable accommodation.
