This HVLN resource teacher will provide statewide support for blended and distance learning through expanded learning programs, professional development training, and consultative services. Research effective and evidence-based strategies and resources for online and blended learning instruction; Develop online and blended learning materials and courses; Facilitate online and face-to-face professional development workshops, training, and courses; Conduct technology integration as well as online and blended learning awareness sessions; and Collaborate with other staff to improve and enhance the program.
