Job Overview: As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, engaging with our audience, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and company objectives.
Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and coordinating content across platforms.
Monitor and actively engage with our social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
Leverage social media advertising to promote campaigns, events, and products/services, and optimize ad performance to achieve desired results.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Build and nurture partnerships with influencers and other relevant stakeholders to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
Monitor and report on competitor social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media advertising, targeting, and optimization strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing trends is a plus.
A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a genuine interest in social media and digital marketing.
