As the Head Of Operations, you will be accountable for P&L and day to day management of Carrier Solutions (Carrier Sales & Carrier Relations) and Client Solutions (Customer Success & Account Management). We’re looking for top 2% of Operations leaders who have managed a minimum of 100M of freight under management, managed a split model of carrier sales and customer success, and has a proven track record in managing this model and can show specific metrics they have been successful in increasing productivity and lowering opex.
Responsibilities:
Carrier Solutions: Instrumental in the development and management of our carrier network. Ensuring the availability of reliable and high-quality carriers to support our freight brokerage operations. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing carrier performance. This individual will have a deep understanding of carrier management and execution, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.
Carrier Solutions Accountability: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Client Solutions: As the Head of Operations, you will also play a crucial role in the growth of our DFM and positioning within the marketplace of Logistics Tech Platforms. This individual understands and embraces the fact that he/she will do much more than simply ensure customer satisfaction. They are and need to be an instrumental growth engine for the company. They are the ones who provide a return on investment by developing and tactically implementing the strategic plans for success and providing Peace of Mind to our clients and their customers.This role will be the leader, the innovator and manager of the Client Success Team, Account Managers, and Track and Trace team. This role will also take ownership of Client Strategy/Implementation, and Account Development functions, understanding and solving our clients and their customers’ real business needs by helping them realize our complete product solutions and their adoption.Through systems, processes and leading high-performing teams, this Head of Operations will consistently deliver value and identify new opportunities to improve client outcomes and deepen client relationships.
