This position has the primary responsibility of servicing group, employee benefits clients for satisfaction and retention. Position provides prompt, efficient, proactive, high-quality service to designated accounts and as back-up to account management team to all clients. Building highly effective working relationships with clients and servicing them to help them achieve their goals is a key objective.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Position is held accountable to maintaining a world-class net promoter score (assessed through annual client surveys) and client retention of 97 percent (assessed annually).
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in financial services or benefit services related position is required. 2+ years of Account Management or Service Experience is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills required, including use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) database and all tools within the Microsoft365 Office Suite (Forms, Word, Planner, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
