Job Description:
This role is key in setting and driving the overall strategy to improve sales productivity, increasing the amount of time that a Seller spends on activities that directly contribute to generating sales revenue. This leader will build and influence the development and execution of critical initiatives against a unified sales strategy and will own a significant number of measurable operational, and strategic goals or priorities. This role assumes responsibility for the successful development, management and implementation of sales and partner experience roadmap(s), driving an improved voice of sales score across geographies and roles.
This role consults and interacts with HPE WW Sales leadership, global business process owners and line of business management to achieve desired business results. The role reports to the VP of Sales and Partner Experience and is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of high-level individual team members.

Budget Management & Cost Optimization: Establishes tracks and enforces spending parameters to protect the company’s business and assets and ensures their effective engagement.
Execution Management: Collaborates effectively across the company’s senior leadership team to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges, and alignment with business imperatives.
Business and Financial Acumen: Exhibits authoritative business and financial acumen by developing meaningful business recommendations.
Problem Solving: Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensures comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.
Communication: Superior communication skills include verbal, written, and presentation forms; negotiation, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
Leadership: Able to lead effectively in a complex environment and deliver results; Able to influence without direct authority; Able to balance between competing priorities and be flexible and creative; Able to drive team performance to world class; Able to create and build highly effective teams and organizations; Able to communicate effectively across multiple levels in the company and the industry.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $123,200.00 – $297,900.00
