What’s a typical day as a Human Resource Generalist? You’ll be:
• Managing the day-to-day operations within the Human Resources department.
• Implementing policies and ensuring compliance.
• Providing professional advice and support to a range of HR activities and programs.
• Acting as the primary point-of-contact for HR support in the country or business area.
• Leading HR support in sensitive areas such as disciplinary and grievance, attendance management, and legal requirements.

• Are able to operate independently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are able to tailor HR support to meet local requirements and business priorities.
