Reporting directly to the Associate Director, HR Technology. as the Manager, HR Technology – Workday Total Rewards Lead, you will act as the technical owner of Workday’s Compensation, Absence, and Benefits functional areas and be responsible for driving the technical roadmap, management, and maintenance of Workday’s Total Rewards capabilities. You will work closely with our Total Rewards team. As the technical point-of-contact for the Total Rewards team, you will serve as a subject matter expert and provide support to the HR team in the areas of day-to-day transactions, continuous improvement, and designing system configurations to support various business requests. You will be required to be a leader with strong consultative skills and expert technical knowledge of Workday. This can be a remote opportunity for the right Candidate.
