Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory counts and make necessary updates to the inventory system
Place order to replenish inventory material to match set min and max standards
Place all consumable material orders for both the Broomfield shop and job sites
Manage company tools by checking them in and out for jobs
Manage company vehicle schedules for employee use
Ensure that vehicles are scheduled for all necessary maintenance
Purchase and maintain office supplies
Provide backup for logistics specialist with shipping & receiving materials
Assist with job purchase orders, when necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in inventory management or related field is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment and adapt to changing priorities
