The Opportunity:
As the Multi-Site HRBP you will oversee general administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function for the Lithia Springs Assembly plant and travel to other assembly sites as needed. You will serve as the employee champion and management’s advisor for talent.

· Primary HRBP for the General Manager, multiple front-line leaders, and support of plant hourly employees.
· Support HR transformation and life-long learning as part of the Merchandising & Displays HR team.
· Support a proactive employee relations culture
· Responsible for handling employee concerns, and advising managers on disciplinary actions
· Resolve people related issues, settle disputes, and conduct internal investigative procedures
· Serve as strategic partner using data-driven diagnostics for decision-making to foster cultural change and business transformation
· Ensures the availability of a cross-trained workforce to support the operational goals of the facility by partnering with Talent Acquisition and Operations to recruit and retain employees who will provide the skills needed to make the organization successful: sources candidates, screens resumes, arranges interviews, ensures compliance with all company policy and procedure related to hiring
· Safety: Work with key business partners and the HR team to create shared accountability for safety results for each facility.
· Collaborates with plant leadership to administer the performance management program: goal setting, coaching and development, and performance reviews.
· Oversees and/or conducts new employee orientation, conducts training, including management development training in HR related areas (interviewing, coaching etc.)
· Ensures employee files are maintained in accordance with company policy
· Update, communicate and administer personnel policies and practices at the location.
· Support of compensation and benefits programs at the location.
· Foster a continuous learning environment at the facility to include: analyzing training needs, determining how to meet the training needs, as well as coaching and mentoring future leaders
· Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State Laws including EEO, FMLA, HIPAA, and ADA
What you need to succeed:
· Bachelor’s Degree HR Management or related business degree
· 3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Manager in a manufacturing/industrial environment
· Ability to travel 40%
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Experience using an HRIS system.
· Ability to investigate and assess employee conflicts objectively and solve such issues using a variety of methods and tools, including coaching and conflict resolution
· Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment
· Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
