Description
The Marsh McLennan Controllership Internal Reporting Group is responsible for consolidating the Company s results and providing analytics to the Assistant and Global Controller. The group is also responsible for supplying a detailed Income Statement on a monthly basis and a consolidated Balance Sheet on a quarterly basis.

We will count on you to:
- Prepares and delivers reports and presentations containing Business Results and analytics to senior management
- Responsible for finalizing Business results and Supporting Schedules to External Reporting
- Quarterly Balance Sheet reporting analysis by Business
- Recording Consolidation entries for Interest and Intercompany
- Preparing schedules to Support external disclosures
- Liaison with FP&A and Tax on a Profit before Tax Forecast quarterly
- Responsible for Transfer Pricing Allocations for the US Companies for cost recovery
- Work with the Marketing Team and the business on RFP s (request for proposals) for potential clients
- Enhance reporting with Finance Technology Teams and Data Governance relating to monthly reporting, Balance Sheet packages, using new reports, dashboards, or new applications
- Review high-level reserve calculation on Accounts Receivable Historical Run Rate.
- Assist in special ad-hoc projects.
What you need to have:
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, Power Point, Oracle, Hyperion, EPM
- Must be accurate and timely on follow-ups. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must possess effective time management skills and have strong attention to detail.
- Able to work as a team player.
