Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager:

You are essential to the overall technical operation and efficiency of the restaurant and a standard bearer of hospitality. You’re the key to the successful execution of the HotLine (Cooks) and ColdLine (Cashiers).

· Schedule Making

· Inventory focus – Controlling Food Cost to ensure restaurant is profitable and maximize the potential bonus.

· Labor control – Hitting labor goals, accurate projections and ensure proper control is happening within the restaurant.

· Overseeing cashier and cook operations; Overseeing management and developing the team to follow all specs.

· Ensuring food specs are being followed and we are supplying the guests with Freddy Quality food.

· Motivating and encouraging team to stay focused and driven towards taking care of each guest during their visit.

· Supportive individual ready to work with a Team

· Positive/High-Energy – Creating the positive and energetic culture for our team! Managing through patience, motivation and teamwork is our way of management.

Requirements of the Restaurant General Managers:

• Must have a minimum of 5yrs restaurant General Manager experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Benefits and Compensation of the Restaurant Supervisor:

• Salary varies depending on experience. Starting $42,000/yr. – $55,000/yr.
