FT – $19.50/HRMonday through FridayJob Description:Allied Universal is looking for an energetic and experienced customer service/concierge professional with Executive Level (C suite) / VIP communications proficiency, both written and verbal. This position requires a positive attitude, decorum, interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, the ability to multitask, and a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants must be skilled with the Microsoft Office suite as well as able to quickly learn new platforms. Work hours may require early mornings and/or late evenings depending on business needs and events. Professionals in this position are highly visible and must be able to adapt to changing circumstances, and demonstrate critical thinking in a fast pace environment.Responsibilities:Greet staff and guests entering the facility.Efficiently register guests and direct them to the person with whom they are meeting.Courteously address requests, solve problems, and ensure prompt follow up accordingly.Represent the client business with a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Preferred Qualities and Skills:Polished, poised, and professional.
