JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

· Manage a staff of 20-30 employees

· Ensures Quality, Safety, and Satisfied Customer Experience

· Responsible for Hiring, Training, Supervising & Evaluating Staff

· Forecast labor needs and write schedules to align with needs

· Monitor sanitation practices to ensure compliance

· Track Inventory

· Monitor cash handling procedures, reconcile cash accounts

· Point of Contact for Customer Service Complaints

· Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High School Education.

WORKING EXPERIENCE: Restaurant Management Experience Required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time.

Reports to the District Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
