As the Director for Global Delivery TA Programs you will lead the Talent Attraction (TA) Delivery Programs – Candidate Experience (CEX), Employer Brand (EB), Advertising and Vendor Management. The Director will be part of the Global TA Delivery Leadership Team and will work closely with the global TA delivery Leaders to align and build our strategy, as well as set goals for these programs. The role will also focus on optimizing the operational efficiency within delivery program teams. This leader should be an excellent people manager, collaborator and be comfortable in designing both the strategic and operational direction for these teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and set up the short and long term strategy and focus areas for the delivery program teams
- Create meaningful metrics to measure improvements in the experience, success, and impact on the organization
- Define and setup ongoing operational structure for these teams – weekly, monthly, quarterly updates, progress to goals etc
- Review and set an appropriate organizational structure to support the longer term goals of the teams and the wider TA Organisation
- Anticipate workforce changes and influence the timing of hiring to support the organization in achieving its business goals
- Identify and onboard suitable external resources and vendors to support our continued global scale and growth
- Partner, support and align the strategic and operational direction of the delivery programs, with our delivery leaders who are responsible for recruitment globally (AMERs, EMEA, APAC) for our Technical, Business, Leadership and University teams
- Develop, direct and track delivery program plans, timelines and execution of projects related to TA’s recruiting delivery processes, programs, and operations
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization through an obsessive focus on optimizing all TA work processes.
- Share knowledge about global delivery program trends and best practices across the organization and continuously develop and enhance personal and team capabilities
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in Recruiting or related field, with a heavy emphasis on programmatic work
- Experience growing and developing a TA organisation to support scaling business needs
- Global expertise in creating, implementing and scaling recruiting programs
- Strong experience with making data driven decisions in a complex and ambiguous environment
- Be a strong and inspirational leader who can partner with key internal stakeholders to find win-win solutions
- Motivate and guide people to achieve near and long term outcomes
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to effectively consult, negotiate, resolve conflict and influence change
- Possess strong leadership and coaching skills, and demonstrated evidence of managing team performance
- Proven ability to direct and track efforts of multiple, large-scale, global programs and strategies simultaneously
- Stellar communication skills, with an ability to lead matrixed teams through effective partnership and collaboration
- Expert level ability to translate data into a story that drives action and accountability in support of the TA recruiting delivery team.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate alignment, build consensus and measure success

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

US Remote 144,000 – 216,000 USD per year
