We seek a hands on team player with a minimum of two years Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience in a high volume facility, who has demonstrated excellent organization, follow through and a strong social media ability. To be eligible to work in our airport locations, candidate must pass a U.S. government, 10 year criminal background check and TSA security threat assessment.

The Human Resources Generalist reports to the Western Regional Director of Training and Human Resources for the following areas and duties, including but not limited to:

· Track and keep accurate records of Staffing needs for all locations

o Maintain proven website

• Post positions as directed for all locations
• Update and create templates for positions as needed
• Ensure positions are accurate and reposted as needed
• Sourcing resumes and forwarding them to the hiring manager at each location to limit the amount of time positions are not filled
• Post all hourly positions with the union and airport as required
• Close these posts with the airport when they are filled
• Interviewing and recruitment of positions
• Phone screening of potential candidates to determine if the candidate should be interviewed
• Perform monthly compliance walk through to include safety / sanitation, personnel files, adherence to training program, postings, etc
• Trakstar database maintenance (management Review Software)
• Sharefile
• Assisting in training for usage
• Updating, adding and deleting files as needed
• Creating communications (emails, sops, ect.) to promote and increase usage

• Perform monthly compliance walk through to include safety / sanitation, personnel files, adherence to training program, postings, etc.
• Material Production (training guides, new hire packets, menus etc.)
• Management credential tracking – food safety, harassment, TIPS etc
• Trakstar database maintenance (management Review Software)
• Compliance with required programs – i.e. commuter benefits
• Perform one on one orientations and assist with group orientations as needed
• Must maintain badging eligibility
• Able to pass a 10 year criminal background check
• Follows all requirements of TSA and airport security at all times

• Provide administrative reports to all aspects of Training and HR department as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
