High Rise Condominium located in Jersey City, NJ looking for a part-time administrator to assist the Community Manager in their day-to-day responsibilities including but not limited to answering phones call/emails, create flyers, organize tasks with Vendors and assist residents. Position is part time, 24 hours a week. Some Saturday work occasionally.
Requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Friendly, courteous, professional and helpful protocol in interactions with residents
A passion to take ownership, initiative and personal responsibility for assignments
To be able to multi-task and accomplish projects through to completion with minimal direction
Strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills – WORD,Excel, Desktop Publishing, Power Point
Experience in Community Management preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Knowledge of TOPS/AVID EXCHANGE a plus
