JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an initiative-taking, self-directed Web QA Engineer to ensure quality of jeniusbank.com and other web application for a Digital Bank. As a web QA engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing product quality post-development on Sweetwater.com and other supporting e-commerce applications. In this role, you will work as engineer in an agile team and collaborate with product owner, designer, and engineers and ensure quality of the deliverables.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and test cases
Execute functional tests including regression testing
Participate in Sprint planning and design sessions
Work with project team in understanding requirements for new projects
Review requirements/design documents to provide timely feedback
Ability to flush out missing requirements and acceptance criteria and communicate them to management.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Defect reporting and management
Document clear and concise defect reports that identify any questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies using Microsoft Azure DevOps
Assists in the definition and implementation of quality standards, processes, and quality improvement programs.
Interact with development teams on issues and defects
Research and resolve Production Support cases
