We are looking for a motivated, self-driven and organized individual to provide amazing services through patient care coordination and customer support.

Specific Duties:

• Schedule home visits and prescription deliveries

• Review visits for the day and plot a route for each provider based on patient’s needs

• Send patient referrals to specialty clinics

• Manage communications with providers via phone and/or messaging app

• Check in with providers throughout the day to make sure they are moving through their routes efficiently and they have all the supplies/medications needed for each visit

• Follow up on lab/imaging orders each day for patients

• Customer Support including but not limited to:

• Answer main phone line, triage calls to the appropriate medical/administrative team

• Ensure every communication and interaction between Nice and its patients a positive and professional experience

• Answer support questions via our chat function

• Assist/troubleshoot provider/patient connections

• Mapping & optimizing routes

Hours of Operation:

• 7:30am-7:30pm CST Monday-Friday; 8:00am-12:00pm or 8:30am-12:30pm Saturday-Sunday

• We close for 11 major holidays. Closures occur on the day of the holiday and the day before OR after the holiday.

Necessary Skills:

• Minimum 1 year high-volume scheduling experience

• Extensive experience and comfortability with technology including, but not limited to web-based communication, virtual mapping platforms, virtual teleconferencing software, online password managers, software-based authenticators, MS Office and Google Suite.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Effective communication with a strong emphasis on written communication

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Comfortability working in a virtual team model.

Strongly Preferred but not required:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as scheduling in a healthcare environment

• Minimum of 1 year experience as transportation or logistics coordinator

• Minimum of 1-year experience as phlebotomist or lab technician

• Current medical license (LPN, CMA, phlebotomist, etc.)

Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 7:30-4:30pm CST. 8:30-5:30pm PST

• Every fourth weekend: 8am-12 pm CST or 8:30-12:30 pm CST

Location:

• Fully remote

• A dedicated work space, free from interruptions is required.
