Home Health Nurse (RN Case Manager)$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME RN CASE MANAGERS!RN Case Manager! Care IV Home Health Fayetteville is now hiring a Registered Nurse for skilled home health visits and case management in our Northwest Arkansas territory. Salary plus mileage or company car option available for qualifying full-time RN Case Managers! Excellent benefits. Salary DOE. - patient teachings
- medication administration
- wound care / dressing changes / wound vacs
- post-surgical care
- skilled nursing care / direct patient care
- patient follow-up
- OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits & discharges
- Additional duties as assigned
Required experience:
- We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Excellent clinical nursing skills and a background in ICU, ER, med/surg, or related skilled nursing care preferred
- Experience with Home Health nursing a plus, but not required
