About the Role
The Director of Total Rewards develops total rewards strategies designed to attract and retain talent. This position leads the design and delivery of innovative programs in compensation, benefits, and payroll. As the company continues to grow, this role requires a strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to get the work done. The Director of Total Rewards collaborates with business leaders and HR business partners to support and advise managers on compensation-related activities.
Overall Responsibility
Lumio is looking for a Director of Total Rewards who will lead the strategy, design, and communication of a comprehensive and competitive total rewards programs, along with managing the required processes, compliance, and systems necessary to deliver these programs. This position will support the VP of People, while making recommendations to executive management for the establishment of strategically integrated programs that achieve administrative and operational objectives.
