Job Description
We’re looking for an eager and passionate professional who will be responsible for a wide range of human resources, health and safety, and administrative functions as we continue to grow our business on a global scale. This position includes, but is not limited to: employee relations, regulatory compliance, training and development, compensation, benefits and appraisal functions, employees’ rewards and recognition programs, as well as our health and safety programs. Responsibilities
Job RequirementsQualifications:
General knowledge of all areas of Human Resources Management.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively with ongoing interruptions.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent command of the English language—both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and high level of pride in the accuracy of work.
Superb organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain relationships with people of various level internally and externally to the organization.
Ability to handle sensitive issues in a tactful and confidential manner.
Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
Able to keep secret confidential information, personal information, and sensitive documents.
Must be both organized and outgoing.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant field
3 – 5 years experience in an HR or similar role
Experience developing initial HR processes and procedures for recruitment and selection, training and development, occupational health and safety, and total compensation is an asset
Experience working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
A combination of knowledge, along with recent and relevant experience
