Job Summary:
The Account Manager, Course Partnerships is responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the ACE course remarketing program. Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Product Development, the account manager will own the strategic growth and day-to-day implementation of this program, working cross-functionally to ensure efficient execution of contract terms, and expected revenue outcomes for ACE and our course partners.
The Account Manager, Course Partnerships will work collaboratively across the organization to identify potential remarketing partners that meet ACE’s standards of excellence. They will be responsible for the strategic growth of this category, assessing the return-on-investment opportunity of individual courses, and initiating contact with potential partners and guiding them through the application process. They are additionally responsible for contract negotiation and execution. Ongoing, they will act as a point of contact for all course partners. In collaboration with the Senior Project Manager, Product Development, they will oversee and drive the course launch process and timelines. They will continually evaluate the success of the program against KPIs, and search for and implement process efficiencies that will support expected outcomes.
They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find strategic ways to deepen the relationship. They will support internal departments as a liaison for communication with partners.
