• Works in collaboration with physicians, registered nurses, other advanced practice registered nurses.
• May lead interprofessional teams, evaluate and diagnose medical and nursing conditions, develop treatment plans, and monitor the response to treatment.
• Licensed to provide restorative care in emergent and non-emergent situations.
• Works collaboratively to provide evidence-based care and to optimize patient outcomes.
• Certified and licensed to provide comprehensive, chronic, continuous care characterized by a long-term relationship with the patient.

License and Certification:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license for the state of New Jersey.
