• To answer phones using proper etiquette, experience using an electronic medical record to create provider schedules.
• Copy medical records in response to inmate requests, attorneys, family members and community agencies.
• Scan and match documents to the patient file in EMR.
• Work with a diverse group of people including providers, nurses, social workers, and correctional officers.
