As a leader in this company, my goal is to ensure each 3Mer sees and feels the positive impact we’re making around the world” – Mike Roman, chief executive officer and chairman, 3MThis position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military environments to a 3M career.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs the C-Suite Segment Marketing Manager for 3M Health Information Systems, you will be accountable to design and deploy messaging, value proposition, and strategic marketing plans addressing the c-suite audience spanning the CEO, CFO, CMO, CMIO, CIO and others. You will be expected to develop division-wide messaging to drive closure of existing opportunities by our sales team and to develop new c-suite relationships to be explored by the sales team. You will help to transition the organization from product to customer and end user focus, managing the division messaging for c-suite customers of 3M Health Information Systems.You will collaborate with business unit stakeholders to ensure the marketing plans support strategic vision and divisional financial objectives. An ability to build strong relationships with 3M sales leadership is critical to success in this role. You will also collaborate with product marketing and marketing communications to execute on marketing plans. You will be responsible for knowing the c-suite leaders’ challenges and aspirations and will develop messaging that resonates with the persona. Here you will make an impact by:* Owning growth and relationship building with health system and hospital c-suite customers.* Leading insight efforts to deepen 3M understanding of the hospital and health system c-suites.* Building and leading the marketing strategy for all campaigns and communications to c-suites.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited universityOR* High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience in Healthcare Marketing* Seven (7) years of marketing experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* MBA degree with an emphasis in marketing* Seven years of healthcare marketing experience to hospital and health system c-suites.* Existing relationships with c-suite personnel at large health systems.* Experience with healthcare IT, particularly addressing healthcare documentation and revenue cycle.* Skills include the ability to rapidly master complex issues, strong communication and presentation abilities, strong organization, effective collaboration, and strategic decision making.Location: Salt Lake City, Utah or RemoteTravel: May include up to 30% travelRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
