Job Description

Account Managers help execute integrated marketing strategies for our B2B clients to help them achieve their growth goals. You’ll partner with an Account Executive to exceed client expectations and manage inbound marketing programs. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to implement each strategy and successfully execute it.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support an Account Executive as they develop and provide strategic direction for clients
• Assist an Account Executive to build strong collaborative relationships with clients
• Create strategies to drive client results in collaboration with the Account Executive and Strategists
• Prep and facilitate internal meetings with the team as well as client meetings, editorial planning, take action items and distribute
• Prep and facilitate status calls with clients
• Complete production tasks in Hubspot and other softwares
• Guide the creation of creative assets to support marketing efforts in collaboration with the creative team including: content, email, landing pages, call-to-actions, lead nurturing, social media, and reporting
• Support and facilitate resource collection, including research, SME interview, other work as needed
• Conduct optimization efforts to improve the performance of client marketing programs
• Grow traffic, leads, and build brand equity for your portfolio of clients

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

• 2+ years experience building integrated marketing campaigns that include inbound/online marketing, email newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels
• Proven working experience in a startup or agency environment
• Agency marketing experience a plus
• Inbound and Hubspot Marketing Certified
• High attention to detail and excellent writing skills
• Extremely data-driven, results-oriented and skilled at problem solving
• Client services experience
• Desire to work and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A self-starter who thrives on impressing clients with results
• A commitment to learning and staying up to date on the world of digital marketing and marketing automation

• Positive attitude and skilled in building and maintaining colleague and client relationships
