Compensation
- The pay rate for this position is $19 per hour
- Full benefits available after 90 days: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-term Disability
- GREAT Hours! Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, No Weekends
Highlights
- The required availability is Monday/Tuesday 9:30am-6:30pm, Wednesday/Thursday 8:45am-5:45pm and Friday 8:45-3:15pm No OT required, Must be able to work this schedule – hours are not flexible
- Remote WFH, must live in the state of Washington
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting contractually required Initial Health Screenings welcome calls outreach to new enrollees. Analyze and report overall results.
- Data Entry
- Make outbound and receive incoming calls. Leave voicemails if member does not answer call.
- Identify and overcome barriers in order for members to complete needed health screenings
- Review and analyze data for call reports to adjust as needed to call approach for members in order to obtain information.
- Must be able to ask and deal with sensitive topic/questions
- Camera on 100% during training-training is for 2 days and then they will shadow team members before making own calls.

- They must conduct three attempts to reach a member with an overall team goal of 45% each month.

- Daily production trackers must be completed and emailed to designated person at the end of your shift
- Multi-tasking with multiple monitors and applications

Requirements/Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare
- Experience with excel phone systems
- Proficient in typing for documentation
- Empathy skills (will need to ask member personal questions on the assessment
- Must have a verifiable HS Diploma or GED Equivalent (Will be verified if receiving an offer for the position)
