A New Start, LLC Hiring for Medical Receptionist/Front Desk-Part Time Job at Central City, KY Full Time

A New Start is a busy multi-provider clinic offering addiction treatment. We are growing by leaps and bounds. We are one of the largest out-patient treatment facilities in the state and have two double boarded physicians who are certified in addiction treatment. ANS has a need for an up-beat, organized and compassionate receptionist to join our team on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Duties will include:

• Answering multi-line phones and directing the caller to the appropriate party.
• Greeting patients upon arrival and checking them into clinic.
• Gathering all intake information and entering into our electronic management system.
• Providing patients with all necessary forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents.
• Processing payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Scheduling appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician and PA/NP availability.
• Maintaining hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our EHR.
• Calling patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help them schedule testing for off-site services.
• Providing patients with support and guidance as needed with a calm and caring demeanor.
