AA Medical Store Hiring for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager at Mokena, IL Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager and Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and creating visually stunning designs that support our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including data management, segmentation, email marketing, and automation.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support our business objectives, including email marketing, social media advertising, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Create visually stunning designs that align with our brand guidelines and support our marketing initiatives, including email templates, landing pages, social media graphics, and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with our brand strategy and messaging.
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and graphic design and incorporate them into our marketing efforts.
• Utilizing Salesforce to manage customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and preferences.
• Creating visually engaging product images and descriptions for use on the company’s website, eBay store, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and product information sheets.
• Utilizing Netsuite to manage inventory and sales data, providing regular reports and analysis to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Bonus Skills:

• 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), HTML, and CSS.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
