AAA Northeast Hiring for Media Billing Specialist at Providence, RI Full Time

The AAA Northeast digital media team is growing, and we are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Media Billing Specialist who loves Excel, and can multi-task with ease. You will track, and verify invoices received for media activity across all our business lines. We’re looking for someone with an innovative mindset and a high aptitude for working with numbers. Miscellaneous projects may be required with opportunities for growth.

• You are happiest when all invoices reconcile accurately each month

• You love spreadsheets and working with numbers

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Enter media plans into Allocadia, our media tracking system
• Make all necessary updates/changes in Allocadia, matching and tracking monthly/quarterly actual media spend against planned estimates for all business lines
• Reconcile all business line activity monthly confirming that authorized media is being invoiced as planned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong basic math skills
• Experience with reconciling plans to actual invoices
• Ability to prioritize workload and effective time management skills
• Experience in media, agency, advertising or related field helpful
• Working knowledge of Media terms and Fee structures (Gross/Net/Client) helpful
