Associate Operations Manager – Leadership Development Program

The AAMCO Leadership Development Program (LDP) was created by AAMCO’s executive team based on their unique combination of experiences prior to AAMCO. These experiences include Tech Start-ups, Investment Banking, Private Equity Investment, and the U.S. Military Special Operations. While these industries are vastly different, they share similar personnel development and training programs that are based on recruiting top talent, putting them through a demanding selection process, and rapidly developing candidates that make it through the selection. We are looking for candidates who will thrive in a demanding environment.
Members of the LDP class get started quickly and develop a high proficiency in leading a team of 5-7 employees, sales, negotiations, regular exposure to C-Suite, creative problem solving, and own a `$1 million P&L.
This is NOT a program with a long, undefined promotion path.
Completing the two-year LDP program can lead to a variety of promotion paths such as promotion within AAMCO, helping you apply for grad school, purchase an AAMCO franchise, or assist you in transitioning to a company other than AAMCO.
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 base with additional bonus structure averaging $5,000-$35,000.

As an Operations Manager, you would have regular interaction with the CEO, CFO, CIO and other VP’s throughout the company. This quality makes us unique as we have the resources and capacity of a large company but the synchrony of a small business.
