At the very core…
You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy for ABC Fitness. This position works closely with stakeholders, hiring managers, and applicable HR Business Partners to ensure that ABC recruitment efforts align with company needs and objectives. As the first impression for ABC, the TA Manager is the employer brand ambassador and is responsible for leading recruitment efforts to find the next wave of talent that will impact the future of ABC Fitness. Future growth opportunity to lead/manage a team and influence workforce planning.
What you’ll do…

• Lead company recruiting efforts internally and externally on a local, national, and global level to attract world class talent from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop improvements for the full candidate experience
• Oversee management of all staffing sources, to include contractor vendors
• Perform analysis of headcount forecasting, sourcing strategy creation and ongoing process improvement in the function
• Create and report on recruitment metrics and manage reporting tools and dashboard data
• Leads the development and maintenance of the company employer branding
• Cultivate an environment of passion and the creation of a high performing recruitment team

What you’ll need to succeed…

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to recruit and source at all levels of the company to find the best talent to meet business needs
• Experience leading and managing a recruiting team
• 3-5+ years of experience recruiting for technology and/or software organization
• Social Media and Branding experience
• Ability to pull and interpret recruiting reports
• Understanding of People & Culture Practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
