Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Applications team as a ServiceNow Developer. The ServiceNow Developer is a highly motivated professional who is passionate about solving business problems through technology. In addition to performing core configuration and development tasks, you will leverage your ServiceNow product expertise and development experience to provide technical consultation for proposed solutions, ensuring designs are in alignment with best practices and utilize existing functionality wherever possible.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (only when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services.
- Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems via Integration Hub and SOAP or REST web services.
- Delivers new functionality across applications.
- Supports the entire development lifecycle.
- Provides technical consultation for proposed solutions.
- Assists the platform administrator with incident resolution.
- Maintains the test case library.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- BS in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree, technical training, or equivalent experience can be substituted for degree.
- Minimum 3 years of development experience on the ServiceNow Platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Proficient in front-end web development languages, including JavaScript & PowerShell Scripting.

BONUS SKILLS:
- Expert technical knowledge of ServiceNow product modules, services and data tables including ITSM, Service Portal, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Asset Management, Security Incident Response, Notify, Performance Analytics and Integration Hub.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI-DSS is highly preferred.
- Knowledgeable in ITIL practices and guiding principles.
- Experience working within the SDLC and Agile methodology framework.
- Experience writing test case documentation.
- Ability to configure ServiceNow forms, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs.
- Ability to write advanced scripts where necessary.
- Ability to build automated testing through ServiceNow’s Automated Testing Framework.

Salary: $95,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
