  • MUST HAVE 5 years+ construction skilled trades ? Do not need experience with all trades but the more the better (plumbing ,carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing, ETC.)
  • Purchase and order parts required for construction projects.
  • Ability to identify parts from photos
