SUMMARY
The Human Resources (HR) Manager / Field HR Partner oversees the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. In addition, this person is directly responsible for some or all the following functional areas: Departmental Development, HRIS, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Benefits, Compensation, Organizational Development, Administration, and Employment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Adapt departmental plans and manage resources to ensure team goals are met.
Effectively recruit, manage, and lead the HR team with focus on continuous improvement. Select and develop a team of professionals with the goal of earning a high level of credibility as an effective and responsive internal service group that meets the company’s growth plans.
Support, motivate, and promote the workforce by building a positive and thriving team environment.
Serve as mentor and coach to managers and supervisors to enhance employee relations skills and knowledge.
Administer and execute all Human Resources policies and programs for the respective lines of service.
Effectively, thoroughly, and efficiently conduct investigations into workplace concerns such as rule, policy, or procedural violations. The HR Coordinator is also responsible to recommend and take appropriate steps to address all workplace concerns.
Plan, manage, and execute of full cycle recruiting for both front line and staff/management employees.
Work with Safety Quality Manager and safety coordinators to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local occupational safety and health laws for the respective lines of service.
Assist and participate in annual processes such as employee reviews, benefits, compensation, performance, and KPI objectives.
Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the coaching and counselling and disciplinary process.
Monitor training programs for effectiveness and legal compliance.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience, including supervisory experience.
Other:

Strong understanding of labor supply market trends and legal requirements.
Expertise in developing and presenting strategic recruitment plans to internal clients and sourcing for high-volume, multi-site, hard-to-fill and critical positions.
