Construction Assistant Superintendent
Summary of Position
The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for assisting superiors in planning construction procedures, specifications, work schedules, and material needs. The Assistant Superintendent will supervise and coordinate activities of field craft workers on job sites. Additionally, the Assistant Superintendent will be solely responsible for self-perform scopes of work including the profitability. This responsibility includes but is not limited to craft workers, material ordering and scheduling deliveries, monitoring of costs, and maintaining scheduled activities.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $125,000 with the average starting salary is in the 40th percentile range and is commensurate with experience and training.
