SDI is looking for a Human Resources Manager for a 6 month contract for our client located in King of Prussia, PA
- Develops, implements, and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs, such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning.
- Monitors employee development and training program, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs.
- Provide organizational development consulting, project management, and specialist expertise required for the research, development, and implementation of change management and leadership development projects
- Supports client groups with consulting, project planning, implementation, coaching and evaluation
- Implements talent management tools, training, and processes including performance management, development planning, and talent and succession planning
- Consults with HR and business leaders to identify key areas of focus through needs analysis
- Identifies, designs, and facilitates implementation of organizational development interventions to achieve peak performance by individuals and teams
- Manage projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision
- Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals
- Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex, often need understanding of broader set of issues.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience designing, developing, or delivering training programs to adult learners.
- Minimum of 4 years’ Experience leading, developing and managing remote employees
