Field Service Technician Pay Range: $18 to $22 per hour Evening Shift Position Summary: Accel Entertainment Field Service Technicians service, repair, clean, andmaintain Video Gaming Terminals (VGT), Redemption Terminals (RT), Amusementdevices/equipment, Automatic Teller Machines (ATM), Marketingdevices/equipment, and other associated equipment as necessary. Their shiftentails driving to multiple service calls per day with minimal supervision.

Must beable to obtain a terminal handler license. Your Duties and Responsibilities: Respondsto service appointments in a timely matter in all types of weather and lightconditions.Conductswellness checks at locations to ensure Accel Entertainment equipment is cleanand serviceable.

Usescomputer and cell phone applications to perform duties and completeadministrative tasks.Cleans,inspects, tests, and troubleshoots VGTs, RTs, Amusements, Standalone ATMs, andMarketing equipment. Performsrepairs, adjusts, and/or replaces parts as necessary to keep equipmentoperating in optimal condition.

Communicateswith Accel Entertainment employees and customers to ensure minimum equipmentdown time and an optimal customer experience.Replenishescash cassettes and coins in RTs, ATMs, and change machines.Completeshand pays with cash when required.

Safeguardscompany property by following company policies and standard operatingprocedures.Managevehicle inventory to ensure commonly used parts and tools are available whenneeded.Able tointerpret VGT pay lines and rules, and able to explain them to customers.

Uses handtools to perform adjustments and/or replace parts on VGTs, RT, Amusementequipment, and Standalone ATMs.Able touse wiring diagrams to aid in troubleshooting VGTs, RTs, Amusement equipment,and Standalone ATMs. Uses multimeters, outlet testers, and cable testers totest for continuity and voltage.

Followsprocedures for parts control and ordering replacement parts.Completesall necessary documentation for device entry and in-house logs.Deliversequipment, funds, and supplies between company locations to other companylocations, and customer locations, or to other technicians as needed.
