You are:
A Manufacturing & Operations Consulting Senior Manager with expertise in digital solutions that can help clients identify opportunities for value and architect end-to-end transformation for a sustainable future. You have strong enterprise architecture and business process knowledge, including leadership and management skills.
The work:
Translate business challenges into Supply Chain, Planning, Production & Operations, Material Handling & Automation, and Quality to define opportunities for operational excellence
Help clients understand how to transform their companies by giving them information on key industry challenges and trends
Analyze clients’ strategy, operating vision, business needs and capabilities
Design future state manufacturing organizational, operational, and technical models.
Create business cases for core manufacturing and operations capabilities: operations, maintenance, quality, and Intelligent Asset Management functions.
Increase sustainable operations with a more productive digital workforce.
Job Requirements:
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 50-75% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s what you Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience).
Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Manufacturing solutions
Minimum 2 years of experience in Chemicals or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Manufacturing
Bonus points if you have:
Experience leading and selling consulting engagements
Delivery experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
Strong enterprise architecture and business process knowledge with the ability to lead technology assessments for digital transformation
Manufacturing and Shop Floor experience
Know-how in one or more of: PLM, MES/MOM, PLC/SCADA, Internet of Things (IoT) platforms, Manufacturing IT Systems integration or Digital Twin
Experience leading teams opex consultants with shop floor functional experience and analytics
Consulting experience assessing operations issues, developing business cases, blueprinting improvement strategies, and designing transformational improvements
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
