We are looking for full-time team members that are motivated and reliable with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities and qualifications for positions include, but are not limited to:
- Make outbound and take inbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve accounts
- Maintain responsibility for consumer accounts, updating and determining the best course of action
- No Experience Necessary – We Will Train!
- Bilingual a plus
- In addition to their competitive hourly pay rate, collectors are eligible to begin receiving commissions upon completion of their first full month of collecting
- Collectors are eligible to earn monthly goal bonuses, program bonuses, and large payment bonuses
Work from Home Requirements:
- Local work from home options are available after the initial on-site training period and contingent upon meeting work from home requirements (e.g., proof of high-speed internet required and dedicated workspace)
- Should be dependable, self-motivated, and manage their time efficiently to meet targeted goals and call metrics
- Good communicator with the ability to build and maintain remote working relationships with coworkers, departmental leads, and supervisors
