Achieve Beyond is a national Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services agency. With offices in New York (Metro area/Long Island, Hudson Valley & Albany), New Jersey, Virginia/DC area, Connecticut, Minnesota, Maryland, Delaware, and California (greater Los Angeles & Orange County, and San Diego). Achieve Beyond provides quality evaluation and therapy services such as special education, autism services, speech, physical, and occupational therapies to children birth through twenty-one years of age via telehealth, in clinic and in homes and the community.Office administrator for Forest Hills is responsible for the day to day physical oversite of the NYC office inclusive of cleaning procedures, office administrative responsibilities, and ordering and oversight of projects for offices as needed. The Office Manager should ensure that the customer service is upheld at all times.We believe that all children have potential. We are always striving for continuous improvement by setting goals and measuring performance.It is the reason we will succeed together.Responsibilities: Physical facility management of the Forest Hills location including maintenance of the office environment to be clean and orderly at all times, COVID-19 cleaning procedures, signage, materials, and enforcing adherence to office COVID protocols.Management and Back-up for Front Desk Administrator and all related office functions in office.Handles all inquiries, payments and issues/refunds for training workshops and PayPal issues as well as applicable data entry and certification creation.Inventory for marketing materials and ordering/distribution of company store items/ employee appreciation, etc.Manages compliance for fire regulations including meetings and extinguisher expiration dates all officesHandles payroll time tracking for various employees bi-weekly.Participates along with the NYS EI Quality Assurance Manager in the communication and negotiation with office equipment and supply vendors.Maintains NYEIS notifications up to date.Ensures that records of supervision are updated promptly.Facilitates and updates the seating/cubicles as necessary which includes movement of computers and etc.Others duties as assigned by supervisor. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant work experience working in an administrative officeAssociates degree or relevant work experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to work with staff at all levels of the company.Strong project management skillsOrganized, goal-driven, and has great attention to detailFlexible to changes in industry and company needs.Must be able be able to lift 20lbs independently and has mobility to go up and down stairs, carry office supplies, and drive as needed.
