About this opportunity:

Improve month-end close process, including loading payroll, reconciling balance sheet accounts, running reports, completing checks, and supporting the overall team.

How you will contribute:

• Participate in month-end close & reporting including preparation of accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Correspond with the HR and Payroll teams for payroll accounting related activities.
• Perform transaction analysis when required.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Work with management team and internal stakeholders to improve AR workflow and other initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Corporate Policies.

What we are looking for in you:

• Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams throughout the business.
• Analytical Skills: Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it; exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights.
• Problem Solving: Provides practical solutions to problems, participates in and leads Kaizen events.
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly across multiple channels of communication (verbal, email, PowerPoint presentations).
• Pace: Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you should have:

• 1 – 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Intermediate Technical Skills (Excel, PPT, Power BI, One Stream, Oracle).
