The primary goal of this position is to grow existing customers by adding on additional Sage and related third-party products as well as services offered by Acumen. This position will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and ensure the quality of the opportunities within their shared client base and report on all assigned activities. The Account Manager also manages documentation of client requirements, order and quote administration, software renewals and over-all client satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any commercial matters specific to your assigned accounts
• Regularly communicate with clients to review existing products and services and uncover additional opportunities
• Meet annual sales goals for products and services to existing customers
• Create and maintain sales pipeline using CRM software
• Monitor and document overall client satisfaction
• Be willing to travel. Acumen Information Systems now serves both privately and publicly held companies covering a wide range of industries in the United States, Canada, Bermuda, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role. Experience with Sage ERP software is a plus
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
