Responsibilities:
Supports in creating accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Performs audits of HR files and records, reviewing that all required documents are filed appropriately, creates action plans and follows up.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
Assist in reviewing processes, compare them with systems requirements, and advise on alignment needed to achieve the project goal.
Consult with the project team on deliverables and responsibilities to ensure full project execution within the standards
Ensures positive relations with client, understanding their needs, communicating progress, roadblocks and offering solutions
Supports change management initiatives for effective implementation of project initiatives
Provides clerical support to the HR department and the project team.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (preferred)
Minimum 1 year in Human Resources experience
Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn new human resource information system (HRIS)
